Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your footwear meets our shared standards for quality and comfort.

⚠️ Important Exceptions

To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure customer safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Hiking shoes that show signs of outdoor wear or have been used on trails
  • Customized or personalized footwear
  • Items that are not in their original condition, have been worn outdoors, or show signs of damage not present at delivery
  • Products missing original tags, packaging, or documentation

The Return & Exchange Process

1Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please complete our Returns & Exchanges Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].

2Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

3Prepare Your Package

Please include in your return package:

  • The original product in unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation
  • The completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund and notify you immediately. There are no additional shipping fees for size exchanges due to manufacturing issues.
